We got an interesting question from a goalie mom who wonders, “What’s the best way to make practice as painless as possible?”

While I understand where this question is coming from, we’ll talk about why ‘painless’ isn’t the goal. How much abuse should a lacrosse goalie actually be taking? What should be expected? What responsibility does the goalie have? What responsibility do the coaches have? And much more.
