I got two emails this past month from frustrated lacrosse goalie sick of being told to change their stance. The question was, “What changes do I need to make that are going to make the biggest impact to my stance. I’m sick of tweaking!”

I hear ya. The conversation around lacrosse goalie stances has gotten so bastardized we will set the record straight. What do you need to change? How should you stand? Where should your hands and feet be? This is it…all you need to know no matter what your age.
