Here is a link to the NCAA website where you can download a copy of the men’s lacrosse rule book for free. Men’s rules change somewhat regularly so it’s important to read up on the men’s lacrosse rules yearly. You don’t have to read the whole thing, but it is good to understand the rules especially as they relate to your position. When you are up to date on the men’s rule book you’ll find that you may end up knowing more than some of the ref’s you play against.
