When lacrosse coaches and lacrosse parents get frustrated they think to themselves, “I just wish my goalie was FASTER.  I wish their hands were FASTER!”

Like if their lacrosse goalie was a boxer they’d be better in the cage.

On one side of things, fast hands make sense, but to create fast hands there is SO much more that needs to happen.
