In today’s video, we’re going to talk about goalies making an ‘over-move’. Not sure what else to call it really. It’s when a goalie pretty much misreads the shot and moves past where the ball is actually going. Lacrosse at the highest levels has gotten incredibly difficult to read the shot. We’ll take a look at the shot, the over-move, the defense (or lack thereof), and what you can do about it.
